To Serve

Directions

  1. sauté chopped garlic, onion and coconut oil for two minutes, add chopped celery sauté one other 2 minutes.

  2.  Add chopped cauliflower and broccoli plus vege inventory, pop the lid on and produce to boil then scale back to a simmer for 15-20mins till veges are gentle.

  3. Add herbs, switch combination to blender mix til clean, return to pan.  

  4. Mix cashews and water in blender til they kind a clean cream, then add to the pan as nicely. 

  5. Add salt to style, reheat barely, then serve drizzled with hemp seed oil or cashew bitter cream and cracked black pepper.
