For the Topping

  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. floor cinnamon

Directions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚CL).

  • Calmly grease a 9 x 5in (23 x 13cm) loaf pan and line it with a strip of parchment paper that overhangs the lengthy sides.
