Windfall, RI – Olam Specialty Espresso (OSC) welcomes Ana Mallozzi to its Windfall, Rhode Island, workplace as a Junior Espresso Dealer. Mallozzi brings over 10 years of espresso and tea expertise to her new position at Olam.
Says Rob Stephen, Managing Director for OSC, “Ana’s expertise in espresso is a superb match for our group and, with an emphasis on espresso training and high quality management, an ideal match for our espresso roaster clients.”
Mallozzi returns to Rhode Island the place her espresso profession started at New Harvest Espresso Roasters in 2012. Since then, her achievements have included CQI Arabica Q Grader Certification, SCA Roaster Guild Degree 2 Certification, SCA Barista Guild Degree 2 Certification, and SCA Teacher Certification. She has been a contributor to Barista Journal and a presenter at SCA Expo, M.A.N.E Espresso Convention, and Espresso Fest New York.
“Being a espresso dealer has been a purpose of mine for a very long time and I’m so excited to work with Olam,” says Mallozzi. “Having labored for espresso roasters previously, I’m accustomed to that enterprise when it comes to each success and challenges.
