Chicago-based Lou Malnati’s is providing a BBQ Hen Pizza on its spring menu. The pizza is offered for a restricted time and is offered in deep dish or the model’s Chicago Skinny Crust, in keeping with a press launch.
Malnati’s BBQ Hen Pizza combines Lou’s signature crust and Wisconsin mozzarella cheese, and options smoky hen, crimson onion and a mix of the corporate’s tomato and home-made candy “Bar-B-Lou” sauces. The pizza is topped with a sprinkling of cheddar cheesed.
