Italy-based espresso gear firm Gruppo Cimbali is consolidating its U.S. operations and manufacturing, with a brand new headquarters situated in Renton, Washington.
The corporate lately introduced that as of June 1, the enterprise actions and spare elements warehousing which have been in Fairfield, Connecticut, shall be moved the Seattle suburb to affix present amenities.
Gruppo Cimbali described Seattle because the “coronary heart and soul” of the North American espresso business, including, “This location will permit the corporate to be on the pulse of espresso tradition and supply a perfect atmosphere for the continued improvement of a strong North American enlargement.”

In a breakthrough second in United States espresso gear manufacturing, Gruppo Cimbali acquired 15-year-old Seattle-born espresso firm Slayer Espresso in 2017. The Italian group’s different worldwide manufacturers embody La Cimbali, Faema and Casadio.
Cimbali says the consolidation of U.S. places of work and manufacturing is a part of a broader strategic plan to increase within the U.S. market.
“Within the coming years, Cimbali Group foresees important, exponential progress within the manufacturing of their machines, attributed to a plant within the Renton headquarters devoted to expediting the manufacturing of their ‘Made in USA’ machine,’” the group said.
