Be part of two of my biggest pizza mentors and me for a 3-day intensive pizza class Nov 30 – Dec 2 at Pizza College in Beltsville, MD. “Begin Good” covers all of the fundamentals of pizzeria operation, so it’s nice for anybody fascinated by opening a pizzeria. Our curriculum consists of culinary fundamentals for each Neapolitan and New York fashion pizza, plus enterprise necessities. I’ll be co-teaching with John Enviornment (Metro Pizza in Las Vegas) and Giulio Adriani (Slice & Pie, Forcella, Pizza Cake).
